Financial Times and mergermarket European, Asia-Pacific and Americas M&A Awards

The annual awards recognise excellence in corporate, private equity, banking and legal M&A expertise, with winners chosen through a unique selection process.

For Asia and Americas, a proprietary methodology is used to comprehensively analyse mergermarket deal data and select the winning firm. For the European awards, the same process is used to identify a shortlist for each category. A panel of independent judges then form a reasoned and substantiated opinion on the list of winners based on written submissions.

Europe

The announcement of the winners for the European M&A Awards is made every December at an annual awards ceremony in London. Winners are selected using proprietary methodology based on mergermarket deal data and the confidential votes of a panel of independent expert judges. To be considered for mergermarket’s awards in Europe, submit your deal data in the regular fashion to your mergermarket research contact, or via deals@mergermarket.com
